Emily and Gary’s beautiful wedding at St Mary’s Church in Bathwick and the Assembly Rooms in Bath was a family affair not only for the happy couple, but also for Carina Baverstock Couture! We had the pleasure of dressing Emily, the beautiful bride, her Mother Alison, her sister Polly and her niece: the flowergirl!
Emily wore the simply stunning ‘Majesty’ gown by Suzanne Neville – an elegant, beautifully cut gown in an exquisite silk corded lace. She looked so effortlessly lovely and radiant next to an understandably proud Gary! The gown was so perfect for her (chilly!) February day with long sleeves and a fur bolero to cover up later on – the whole outfit worked beautifully and was set flawlessly against her bridesmaids in blue and her bridal party. She also wore a gorgeous headpiece by Jenny Packham to complete her look. A truly breathtaking ensemble.
Alison wore a bespoke coat and dress from our Luxury Occasion Wear Boutique in subtle, neutral colours, trimmed delicately in fur which again worked exquisitely well for the time of year. Alison teamed this stunning outfit with a stylish Vivien Sheriff hat and a necklace by St Erasmus – she looked utterly chic.
Polly also looked fabulous in David Fielden’s #7412 dress with another stunning Vivien Sheriff creation and a pair of Rachel Simpson shoes all in warm, neutral colours. Polly kept warm with a beautiful navy Chelsea wrap by Hayley Menzies to compliment the bridesmaids and ushers. Just so stylish.
We loved working with this wonderful family and wish them every happiness. Congratulations Emily and Gary!
