We had our wedding last month and I just wanted to thank you all for making my experience with my wedding dress so special.
I had been so nervous about dress shopping as my wedding had been postponed due to covid and I had also only recently had a baby. I hadn’t felt myself for a while due to the changes to my body, and I was so worried that I wouldn’t find “the one”. I needn’t have been nervous, as you were all so welcoming and helped me find the most beautiful dress!
Thank you Louise for not only altering my dress to perfection, but for always being so kind, calm and helpful. You always made me feel really comfortable and at ease and I would leave our fittings feeling so much more confident and excited for the day. Even though you have many brides to look after, somehow you always made me feel like I was your only one! I will always be grateful to you for making the experience so special.
Nothing was every too big an ask, from getting me booked in for a first appointment with Carina with only days notice, to ordering my bridal headband the week before the wedding. You all went above and beyond to make it all come together.
My experience with the whole team was better than I could ever have wished for. I will always be so glad that I chose to get my dress from you and grateful for everything you did to make it a wonderful experience.
